Recovery Run & Social: $25
We are excited to announce our first collaborative event with Usal! We aim to introduce our community to somatic recovery practices while creating connection among runners and athletes. This event offers a welcoming wellness experience featuring a communal sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork classes designed to support physical recovery and build community.
What to expect:
45-Minute Mindful Slow-Pace Run: A gentle, meditative run focused on breath and body awareness, suitable for all levels.
Guided Rounds in Sauna and Cold Plunge: Experience contrast therapy with alternating sessions in the sauna and cold plunge, promoting recovery and relaxation.
20-Minute Guided Breathwork Session: Engage in a calming breathwork practice to deepen relaxation, boost focus, and enhance recovery.
10-Minute Experience Sharing in Breathwork Session: Conclude with a shared reflection to connect with fellow participants and integrate the experience.
Dont Forget:
Bathing Suit (There is a changing area), Running Attire (There is a changing area), and a Towel.
